1. What to know before deleting your account

Account deletion cannot be undone. Once deletion is complete, you will no longer be able to log in or recover any character, item, Xu, progress, or benefit associated with the account.

If you are only experiencing a login problem or have lost access to your phone number, please contact Support first. A temporary suspension or simply stopping play does not constitute account deletion.

2. How to submit a request

Use the button below to email our official support contact. You may write from any email address at which you can receive our response. Do not provide your password or OTP.

3. Account-owner verification

To prevent unauthorized deletion, Support may request verification using the registered phone number or OTP, profile information, login history, or appropriate transaction information. We will not ask you to send your password, a currently valid OTP, or complete bank-card details.

If ownership cannot be verified, the request may be placed on hold, and we will tell you what additional information is needed.

4. Data deleted or anonymized

Account profile information and contact information that is no longer necessary.
Access to the account, characters, progress, items, and Xu balance.
Login-session data and usage data that no longer needs to be retained.
Support content, once it is no longer needed to resolve the request, will be deleted or anonymized.

5. Data that may be retained

Certain minimum data may be retained where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and substantiate transactions. This may include transaction IDs, amounts, statuses, request-handling logs, and data preserved in response to a valid request from a competent authority. Access to retained data will be restricted, and the data will be used only for those purposes.

6. Processing time and confirmation

We will acknowledge receipt within a reasonable time and aim to complete a valid request within 30 days after all verification is complete. We will notify you if the matter is complex or if data must be retained by law.

Backup copies are removed according to the technical backup cycle, within a maximum of 90 days. When processing is complete, we will send confirmation through the verified contact channel.
