1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not create an account or continue using the services.
2. Age requirements
We may request verification of a date of birth, phone number, or guardian information if we have reason to believe that information provided is inaccurate.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Keep passwords, OTPs, and login devices secure; do not share, buy, or sell accounts.
- Notify us immediately if you discover an unauthorized login or unusual transaction.
- Do not use any tool, code, service, or other method to interfere with the system, exploit errors, fraudulently obtain items or Xu, or overload the services.
You are responsible for activity arising from your account until you report an incident and complete the required verification measures.
4. Community Rules and user content
Players must not post, send, or transmit content that:
- Is obscene or insulting, or harasses, threatens, bullies, or incites hatred against another person.
- Is pornographic, exploits or endangers children, or unlawfully discloses personal data.
- Is fraudulent, impersonates another person, constitutes unauthorized advertising, or promotes the sale of accounts or items outside approved mechanisms.
- Violates the law or intellectual property rights, or provides instructions for harmful conduct.
The system may automatically detect and partially mask prohibited terms. Violation logs may record masked content, the relevant account or character, time, and enforcement details for moderation purposes. Players may report violating content or accounts through in-game tools or our support channel.
5. Enforcement measures
Depending on the nature, severity, and history of a violation, Hoàng Vũ Game may issue a warning, restrict chat, revoke benefits obtained through fraud, or suspend a character or account for 3 days, 7 days, or permanently. Where there is a risk of harm, we may impose temporary restrictions while we investigate.
You may submit an appeal with relevant information. An account will be restored only after verification, and restoration does not limit our right to take measures necessary to protect the system or other players.
6. Transactions, Xu, and virtual items
- Xu and virtual items have use value only within the services. They are not money, financial assets, or a means of payment.
- Players must review the account, amount, transaction ID, and payment method before confirming a transaction.
- A transaction is recognized only after the system or payment partner confirms that it is valid.
- Refunds, cancellations, or balance adjustments are handled in accordance with the law, applicable app-store rules, and the actual status of the transaction.
We may adjust transactions resulting from technical errors, fraud, refunds, or reversed payments, and may retain the reconciliation logs necessary to do so.
7. Intellectual property rights
The software, interfaces, content, trade names, game data, and related assets belong to Hoàng Vũ Game or its lawful licensors. Players receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and revocable right to use the services in accordance with these Terms.
8. Changes to and termination of the services
We may update content, features, maintenance schedules, or these Terms to meet operational and legal requirements. Material changes will be announced in an appropriate manner. You may stop using the services and submit an account-deletion request at any time.
