1. Age requirements
Date-of-birth information must be provided truthfully. We may restrict an account and request verification if we identify inconsistent information.
2. Responsibilities of parents and legal guardians
- Read and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on behalf of the minor to the extent permitted by law.
- Register using the parent or guardian's information, and manage the password, OTPs, and transactions.
- Supervise play time, communications, and payments.
- Teach children not to share their full name, address, school, phone number, private images, or login information.
3. Safety tools and principles
Hoàng Vũ Game uses prohibited-term filters, records prohibited chat content in partially masked form, receives reports, and takes action against accounts. Players must not harass, bully, threaten, groom, share sexual content with, exploit, or endanger children.
Do not respond to strangers who ask you to transfer money, provide an OTP or password, or install software from an unofficial source. Support staff will never ask for your password or a currently valid OTP.
4. Reporting content or players
Use the in-game report or block function when available, or send information through the Support Center. A report should include the character name, server, time, description, and screenshots where available. Do not publicly post a victim's personal information.
5. Enforcement measures
Depending on the severity of a violation, we may issue a warning, restrict chat, or suspend a character or account for 3 days, 7 days, or permanently. Content that appears to violate the law or endanger children may be preserved and referred to the competent authorities as required.
