1. Scope and data controller
CÔNG TY TNHH HOÀNG VŨ GAME (“Hoàng Vũ Game”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the hvgame.vn website, the thth.hvgame.vn game portal, the account system, and the game Thiên Hạ Tranh Hùng. This Policy applies to data processed through these services.
2. Data we may collect
Information provided by players
- Full name, date of birth, and Vietnamese mobile phone number.
- Username, password in encrypted or hashed form, OTP verification status, and record of acceptance of the applicable terms.
- The contents of support requests, complaints, account-deletion requests, and accompanying verification information.
Data generated when using the services
- IP address, login time, device type, operating system, browser, login session, and security logs.
- Character data, progress, items, Xu, server, activity history, and other data needed to maintain game state.
- Transaction ID, method, amount, Xu quantity, status, and transaction time. We do not intentionally store complete bank-card details where a payment partner processes the transaction.
- Logs of chat content identified by the system as violating our rules, including partially masked content, the relevant account or character, time, and enforcement action. Ordinary chat that is not identified as a violation is not included in this violation log.
- Technical data concerning errors, performance, and anti-fraud measures to the extent needed to operate the services.
3. Purposes of data processing
- Creating and managing accounts, and verifying phone numbers, age, and identity where necessary.
- Providing the game, synchronizing data, safeguarding items and Xu, and supporting account recovery.
- Sending OTPs, security alerts, service notices, and support responses.
- Processing, reconciling, and resolving transaction complaints.
- Detecting fraud, unauthorized access, technical errors, and conduct that violates the Community Rules.
- Complying with legal obligations and valid requests from competent authorities.
5. Retention and security measures
Account data is retained while the account remains active and for as long as necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with the law. Once a valid deletion request is completed, data that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized. Backup copies are removed in accordance with the backup cycle, within a maximum of 90 days, except for data that must be retained by law.
We use access controls, encrypted connections, hashed password storage, service authentication, administrative logs, and appropriate technical and organizational measures. No system is completely secure. If we identify an incident that poses a risk of significant impact, we will respond and provide notice as required by applicable rules.
6. Your rights and choices
To the extent permitted by law, you may request access to or correction of your data, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, or deletion of your data. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before the withdrawal.
To delete your account and related data, use the Account Deletion Request page. We may require reasonable verification to prevent another person from deleting your account without authorization.
7. Data relating to minors
Players under 16 may not register an account themselves. Registration and use of the services must be completed, supervised, and assumed as the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian. If we discover that an account was created contrary to this rule, we may restrict the account and request verification of the guardian.
